Damon Took care of me big-time I was in a bad spot 120 miles away from my house and he was able to hook me up with a loaner and get my truck back to me as soon as possible I work in construction and my truck is very important to me it’s like a tool that is a necessity when it comes to my job and he understood that I so I appreciate him getting my truck back to me as soon as possible thanks again Damon

Like every visit I’ve had in the past, Daniel Burrus has given me excellent customer service. Always going above and and beyond to make sure my vehicle is returned to me in a timely manner.
They quickly fixed the problems once the car was diagnosed. They have a little back log on that. They were busy. Damon was friendly and very professional. Excellent service. I do however look forward to hearing from GM to discuss the Intake rocker arm malfunction was diagnosed last year but the part was not available at the time. Now my mileage is over the covered mileage. I drive 35 miles each way to work and add miles on quicker then someone else would have. A malfunction is a malfunction and I think GM should cover the faulty part. I was only made aware of the faulty part in a letter from GM on July 2020. If the noticed me sooner. I would have brought my car in sooner.
