My experience at Tom Bell with the service representative Tony Esposito was a good experience. The reason that it came out good was because they were able to give me options pertaining to my issue that i was having with my engine. They went step by step all the way through the end, making sure that my checklist got fulfilled the way that i was expecting it.

Dan made my experience pleasant it was not until my husband picked up his truck when someone not sure who but they kept arguing with him that the part I had ordered and paid online was not paid. I had to go through the inconvenience of pulling up by receipts and bank statement to show it had been paid for. I understand errors happen but they could have handled it better. Especially since this was a ****’s present for my husband. I hope this review serves as good feedback. On the other hand Dan is amazing he has wonderful people skills wish the whole experience would had been like it started with him.
