Very professional, I was kept well-informed.
This was my first time at Frontier Toyota. Manny was very straight forward and kind with the information about the service I had scheduled for today. He recommended services for later and was not pushy or meaning the work needed to be done now but when possible in my schedule. He seemed very considerate and honest when asking him how I should prioritize the services going forward for my toyota.
Your technician left bolts in a shroud loose. Heard something rattling on the way home. Got underneath the car and tightened it myself. This is the second time a technician did a poor job on my car. Done with servicing my vehicle at Frontier Toyota. Call me ****-****-xxxx if you all care.

I like the uber delivery method
This manager helped me very well and nicely. I had a good experience with this person at Frointier Toyota today. He really deserves a promotion. I wish all the customers meet him and get their cars fixed with him.

The service was fine. They knew me when I arrived. The check in was fast. Angel let me know what was going to serviced on my car and said they would call when it was completed. The service was completed earlier than the estimated. Everything was great.
