Manuel was super helpful and really went out of his way to inform and help me with my car and service. Especially after the terrible experience I had just 2 days earlier with a different associate, where there was no communication my car was ready and was kept overnight with no warning, causing me to miss work and lose money because of the carelessness of that associate. Will be dealing exclusively with Manuel as a result. Thank you Manuel!

I had booked an appointment for a paint recall and they did not listen to my request and booked for some battery recall which nothing was done. After being a customer of Toyota in valencia for 28 years I will never purchase another Toyota for myself or my teenage drivers. Toyota does not care about their customers anymore. I am sure Honda will take great care of me. I know this coming will fall on deaf ears as all my others ones have. Frankly if Toyota had shown even a little concern they could have saved me as a customer but clearly they don't.
