The advisor explained to me the needed work to be done about my tires; and also provided me savings by buying the 5 services contract which is about $50/per.

I asked if they could fix the front end as it keeps popping out. The guy pulled the print end completely off and they put a bolt in it and it still pops out but even worse now.
After having the same service adviser for many years… this is my third RAV 4 serviced by Frontier Toyota, I need to learn to trust my current adviser. My previous adviser would tell me things that needed to be done to my car but would often say, but that can wait till next time. I never felt he was selling me a service.

Carlos Lopez has excellent customer service communications skills. He understands and listen to your issues. He explains in detail what is wrong and he recommends the priorities.
