The only reason I said I was not completely satisfied with the service is due to the fact that I was charged for a filter. It was my understanding that all maintenance was to be free for the first 2 years of ownership. When I questioned this, I was told the 2 year “maintenance” covered oil changes and tire rotation. I feel that Toyota’s advertising of 2 year free maintenance is misleading but I guess it was somewhere in the fine print. Otherwise, I was completely satisfied with Logan and the service received.
Joe **** has been my service consultant since the first maintenance service job done in my Toyota Camry in 2009. My car is still in good condition to this day. I’m happy with the kind of attention Joe gives to the maintenance/repair needed to keep my car fixed.
Logan did a great job reviewing my prior appointments and seeing what I needed today. He called when the car was done and reviewed what work was completed.
