Alex was very accommodating and nice, the service was fantastic!
The only problem is the idle is staying higher than when brought in.
I was really happy with my service,
But I notice that after the I left I made one stop. Once I turned the car back on it was having a hard time turning on. I called Toyota back to see what it can be. Cause they did replace a cable for the the battery. The positive line I believe. They ask for me to take it back but unfortunately I live out of town. They said they tested the battery before I left. I hoping the cable they replace was installed correctly. I did make it home. I called the Toyota in town but they where done for the day with services. As of right now my car is having a hard time turning on. I will have to wait and see.
I felt very comfortable Lauren, she answered all my concerns and took care of me and my vehicle. Thanks Lauren! And too the service manager He was AMAZING!!!!! Best service manager at a car dealership I ever dealt with. He went above and beyond for my vehicle thank you I really appreciate it.
Dean was very friendly, helpful and professional. He kept me apprised on the status of my car in a timely manner. I look forward to having him be my service advisor in the future.
Lily was very warm and friendly and I felt as though I was in good hands.
Because the cost of the car battery was prorated from date of purchase to date when the cells in the battery died
Manny was very personable. He helped us throughout the entire process and was transparent with what we needed. And he was able to get us our car at the time that we needed. We were very grateful.
