This was my first visit to this location and Jack was great. Very kind to both myself and my son. It was much appreciated. The car was ready really fast as well. So happy.

I was very pleased with Jack and his service and getting my car finished in a timely manner. However, I was informed today that you do not give free tire rotations when the tires are purchased at Frontier Toyota. Every other tire place gives free tire rotations and I’m very disappointed because I thought I was told that when I bought the tires from you the tire rotations would be free. If I had known that, I never would’ve bought the tires from Frontier Toyota.. I hope your change this policy. Thank you Illinois Indiana
