Valerie is the consummate professional! She is unfailingly polite and has an utterly impressive resevoir of knowledge about Toyota vehicles along with the detail processes and trusted relationships with personnel at all levels. Valerie manages to bring all of these into a customer focus that I've encountered all too rarely. Thank you for keeping the rare gems like Valerie Reynoso. She's the reason I come back.

I'm truly unhappy with the fact that from the moment I walked in Mr. Pineda kept on saying that I was responsable for what happened to our minivan, and not only that but when my wife picked it up he actually went on to said that it was her fault too, very sad not exactly what I was expecting
