No one called me to inform me the car was ready, nor did they tell me when they closed. I went based on the time on google, which is for the showroom. The front desk person had to pull strings to get my car to me (Clair, I believe, who is amazing). It is completely unacceptable that Jack didn’t call me, nor was I update on my car status, I also did not receive the report on what was found or performed.
