First time I've met Valerie. Have to admit she's the most personable person I've met there yet. She's great, funny and actually talks to her customers.
I work full time and full time student, but wasted my morning figuring it out what’s wrong with my car, according to Carlos it’s unsafe so drive, he can’t even explain it to me why, he just keep saying unsafe. Even when I ask him question he made it seems like I’m bothering him and he just yell unsafe. Wasted my morning with my mechanic to tell me nothing wrong with my car. Time that I could be spending studying or pick up shift at the hospital. I don’t want to be contacted.
Jack has always helped me out with any problems with my car and always polite and very respectful with any questions I might have. He always is a ten in my book!

It is very nice to have my Toyota back, even it took more than 7 weeks for getting in the parts you need for. My Toyota is now safe to drive either freeway or surface streets. Thank you!
