I do not feel the quality of your parts you provide are quality l come to you thinking your parts are quality l purchased brakes and new rotors 5 or 6 months ago then on Feb 8 they said l needed the brakes flushed paid 200 Then they said brakes were fine on March 8 l noticed a sound l went to you they said l needed new brakes again l have had my car 3 years the first brakes replaced took over a year to last l no longer trust your service team l have purchased many cars l get my car maintenance as required l come here to get quality service not Walmart service l drive an hour to get service l can go 25 minutes to Walmart so if that is what service your team provides l should go elsewhere.Im so disappointed if this service l always trusted your team l will never come back.l purchased tires they did not last so l went elsewhere.l even asked if there was any coupons or deals was told he would take care and nope. The oil tech forgot to screw on the oil cap. Oil leaked on the engine and caused a very smelling issue driving home. Not happy with the quality of service
My odometer was not reset after the maintenance was completed. I had to drive back and see my Rep( Dean) he thought he fixed it, but 10 minutes after I realized it was not fixed or reset again. Now I have to do it myself. Not happy about that at all.
All I wanted for my rav 4 maintenance were all met with the help of Dean and your mechanics. Now I feel much relieved and worry free for my incoming trip to utah and colorado this week l. Thanks toyota frontier of valencia guys! Where my rav 4 was born and bought??????????????????
