I tried to get an oil change elsewhere but was having difficulty. I’m disabled and am going through some serious health problems. I knew if I came in I would spend a small fortune. I rarely drive. I have a 2014 Camry with 26k miles on it. I understand that maintenance, and prevention, is important. But I knew this would happen. With each passing month I drive less and less. She did provide a discount and was kind.

Returned my car without notifying me that nothing had been done to replace recall sensor. I was told my car was ready to go then got a phone call yesterday to return and install part. Have called back 3 times today and no one (gary) will return my call. Terrible service
