Was told it would be nearly 3 hours for an oil change even though I made an appointment. He said making an appointment doesn’t matter as people that just walk in have priority over me. Makes no sense. After explaining to him I made an appointment and need to leave in two hours he agreed to service my car and get it done on time.

Alex was great as usual. However, i found out that the passenger trim piece wasnt fixed again after i got home from the service. The service dept wasnt able to fix it the prior service either. Hopefully this can be fixed In the next service. 3rd times the charm hopefully.
