I was totally satisfied with the service on my car but not so much with Joe. He told it would take about an 1.5 hours to service my car but might take longer because they were getting busy, so after waiting the 1.5 hrs, I checked to see how much longer I would have to wait. I noticed that he wasn’t in his office so I waited a little longer and after 15 minutes went by I asked the receptionist and she told me that Joe had left and to ask another service rep. When he checked, my car has been finished and he checked me out. If I had not asked, how long would I have waited before someone realized? Very disappointing!
