Lily Gamboa was outstanding. We are from out of town. Our air conditioner failed on our FJ Cruiser. We called when we arrived in town the day before (visiting our grandson), and she secured an arrival time at 8 am the very next day! She followed up by phone within 3 hours of our arrival time and she explained the problem which was quickly resolved. Lily is truly a credit to Frontier Toyota!

Logan went above and beyond. He was very friendly and helpful, and he & his team diagnosed and resolved the issue I was having quickly. My brakes work better than they have with past services at another dealership, which was a pleasant surprise!

I felt rushed, talked down to and not taken care of. Normally, I am not the type of person to complain about customer service because I understand that it’s hard dealing with the public and everyone has bad days. But, I was super nice and I was not helped the way I wanted to be. Upon asking a question about Toyota Remote services — I was told by Joe that he would have to look it up, but he never did. Every time I asked a question it felt like I was being a large inconvenience and that I should know the answer based on the tone. This was especially difficult being this was my first time as an 18 year old going into Toyota by myself. Additionally, it felt like due to this age there was an attempt to overcharge me. I was told that my alignment was recommended to be looked at for a very costly amount even though there was no uneven wear to my tires. Lucky for me, I had parental input that steered me away from this. Plus, I was told in a very rude way that I couldn’t use my Service Plan which offers 3 services and I only used 2. Now, I wasn’t expecting a free service or even a discount, but at least recognition that not getting what’s worth of my service plan (due to me not driving a lot) would have been nice. Lastly, upon picking up my car when going in to double check to see if there was anything I could do to use that last service of my service plan, I felt *kicked* out of his office when at the end of my question I was told “You can pay at the front desk” after Joe had accepted a phone call during this interaction. This is ironic being that the text I got told me from Joe himself to ask any questions upon pickup. However, in approaching him I felt like an inconvenience, a bother, and not cared about whatsoever. This occurrence makes it very hard for me to return to Valencia Frontier Toyota being that normally my experience is very positive when I have gone with my parents. In fact, I even drove all the way from Orange County to receive good customer service that I normally do at this location. I don’t mean to sound harsh but I do hope this message is taken to heart so that other drivers do not undergo a similar experience. Thank you.

Jack is truly a people person, friendly, courtesy, caring and gave us great service. We usually only work with Alex because he also is a great person and great with people. But working with Jack I wasn't disappointed. YAY!!!
