I did not have an appointment. I drove up at 1 pm and was met by a very friendly gentleman named David who hooked me up with Argirios “RGD” Dimopoulos. RGD was very professional and started service for me. He estimated two hours for my 50,000 mile service. I waited around and the car was washed and in my hands in two hours. I am always impressed with South County Lexus service.
