I gave a 5/5, However: 1. I was expecting a better car wash. 2. My bill was not verbally explained to me properly. 3. I was very pleased with the the loaner. 4. I was very pleased with the time frame in which the repairs were done. 5. I am always pleased dealing with Hassan.
