I brought my 2016 Lexus RX 350 in on Monday November 7th and picked it up on Thursday November 10th. After I picked it up I noticed a scratch on the exterior of the car as well and multi scratches on the interior of the car it looks like animal paw scratches

I waited quite some time for my car after I was told it was ready. I was told by one of the men outside, “There are two cars missing.” While I wasn’t concerned that my car was indeed “missing” it was unprofessional to be told that.
