Tim, is very personable, informative and Gracious young man! Upon my arrival back, I was meet by another gracious young man! Everyone friendly and loved not having to wait to dropping off the car or returning the loaner car! Love this dealership!

Best service I’ve ever had at Lexus! Ronnie was very good at staying in touch with me throughout the process of getting service, getting me a loaner car, and explaining what additional work needed to be done, and why. Great service from start to finish.
