Great job. Car was finished early which is appreciated. Discussed recommended services with Dave and decided on one recommendation. The thing I appreciate about Dave is he explains things in understandable terms and tells you the TRUTH about what you really need and what you don't need and can delay until future services.

Tim was professional and made the entire experience wonderful.
It takes as far as 14 miles driving to have my car got the maintenance at South County Lexus, compared to my close Tustin dealer, it takes only 4 miles.
I gave 5 stars for this dealer because it meets satisfactorily my demands as a new owner of my beloved UX250h!

But if you can consider any incentive for my driving so far to get required maintenance. Otherwise, I’d probably rather to go to Tustin Lexus in the future. For the long run, it's more saving for me!

I had to go to work and thought the loaner car would have gas but it was empty? I don’t mind getting gas but I didn’t plan for it in my time and construction on Marguerite made it a nightmare to get gas, get back on freeway in time for my first meeting
