I brought my Lexus nx350h in for its very first service ( along with the first zaktek sealant since the original coating was applied) When I dropped off the car it was just a little dirty.. with some dust and every day particles that would normally settle on the car. I was very surprised when I picked up the car and all the dirt and dust that was there when I dropped it off was still there.! Then I thought is the Zaktek applied on top of the dirt! I had assumed that the car would be given a quick wash before the Zaktek is applied but that may not be the case. I was surprised and quite upset because I had planned on bringing my cars in there for service but now am concerned that something is going on there that is not up to standard service policy. I showed Angelo the issue and he said he would take care of it ( and he did do that ). But if I was just another person that would have believed what I signed for and just walked out without looking at it then I would have been the victim of fraud. My first exposure to your service department has left me questioning the management team there and the follow up procedures that you should have in place before returning a car to the customer. I have a statement that says my tires were rotated but now I am not so sure that this even happened. My husband is questioning if the tires should be rebalanced after a rotation . I will be more aware of the process next time and will request to see the car before I sign for it. I hope my experience will help to improve your service quality in the future. Robin G
