I worked with Daven and he was amazing. Will always use him as my service consultant. People answering the phone from service were unable to answer questions about the costs I might expect and did not offer to have me talk to someone else. That was a problem I wanted estimates so I could know what to expect as far as costs. Other than that I was pleased. Nancy M

3 out of 5. He was a competent service employee but when I asked for a loaner, he said “they don’t give loaners for a diagnostic.” I bought this 2022 RX w full extended warranty. I spent over three hours at the dealership. Generally if it’s going to take a significant amount of time (> 1.20 hrs), y are always given a loaner.
