Yes. I was immediately met by one of your service representatives. They asked if I was there for 2pm appt; then guided me as where to park my car. Then your service advisor, Ronnie Crowe, greeted me; he noticed right away that my front tires were in serious condition and asked if I had knowledge of their condition and asked if I had visited at a prior date and guided me to waiting area and advised that he would share the results as soon as he received the inspection results from service technician. Ronnie promptly shared with me the results, covering the most serious issues first. He verified my email address and emailed me the results. He told that my car was finishing being washed and guided me to the valet. I waited a a few minutes and as soon as my car was parked and ready; I received my keys and was on my way.
