Quick, attentive and accurate service ! Everyone was so polite and helpful. I couldn’t believe it took me 10 minutes to drop off my car, check out a rental car and leave the dealership. Same thing when I returned the rental car. Major props to RGD for being so kind, helpful and quick .

Service advisor was very clear and thorough in explaining about the services needed. Technician was very thorough and friendly when I asked him questions. I learned something from them both. The whole process is very smooth with no uncomfortable or unreasonable situations at all.
(But I wondered why the toilet was black color that made it not easy to tell if it has been cleaned properly.)
