I would give my service agent Tim 5/5 for communication and attention to detail. He kept me updated and I would be more than happy to have him represent me in the future. Your company has a well oiled machine set up for dropping off cars for service. Very ‘valet style’ I’d give the balance 4.5/5. Why? When I collected my car, I had dirt/dust marks from work boots on the floor mats driver side and a white substance on the seat. Just little details that could easily be fixed and are the first thing a client sees when they go to get back into their car. It’s the small things that are noticed more often
