Service manager Ronnie Crowe did a great job. However, the final car pick up experience was bad. There was no body at the pickup desk for about 15min to provide the service, when the car was finally brought to the front lot, the driver’s door step strip was very dirty with multiple foot prints.

JR was absolutely amazing to deal with. He took me on a comprehensive test drive and made the whole car buying experience a joy. He even delivered the vehicle straight to my home which is over 1.5 hours away from South County Lexus!
