Immediately after the technician found out that he could not resolve the problem and had to wait until the next morning to consult with the Lexus technical center in the East Coast, Angelo informed me and arranged for a loaner vehicle so that I could go home. Next day the problem was duely resolved and I was advised my car was ready for pickup shortly before noon, Angelo also helped me to set up the seat position to suit me driving.
While I was there, one of the service attendants also helped me resolve couple of technology issues with paired phone. He was very helpful and courteous.

Brief, reliable, good business. I used a loaner car, gas was lower than 1/4 tank. (I understand gas price is higher nowadays, but your service cost also went up) Next time put more gas for loaner cars. Thanks.
