Jack was really good at keeping me informed of the progress on my repairs, but I especially appreciated him dealing directly with my warranty provider. This lessened the stress factor immensely, as these were unexpected - and expensive - repairs! Another huge relief I was grateful for was the loaner vehicle during the repair process. My expectations were exceeded and Craig was very helpful and informative. However there was a twenty dollar bill and a Starbucks gift card taken from the cabin. In the grand scheme of things a missing 20 during a $800 service is pretty minor but I thought it was important to let you guys know someone there is pretty daring to take the only bill and the only gift card out of the car.
