My wife and I have been our Jetta serviced with Jack at City VW since 2011 and have NEVER had a bad experience. Jack is always spot on with estimates and time frames. As someone who has managed the flight and maintenance schedule of one of the busiest Air Sea Rescue units on the West Coast, punctuality, honesty, and respect for other people’s time is paramount for any maintainer and Jack has consistently displayed these in the 8 years my wife and I have been getting our car serviced there. If I were you VW, I’d give that man a raise cause his work speaks for itself. Thanks for al the hard work Jack, see you next time the wrench light dings!!
