Craig was good to work with and very patient as we struggled with getting a part and information from another VW dealership. The City VW end of getting the repair done was quick once I was able to get the replacement parts sent and delivered.
We appreciated the constant and prompt communication and overall service from Craig!
Sean was very impressive with his costumer service skills.
In addition I like to express: as far as additional concern about the safety of my viechle in regards to loosing power completely while I was driving is still a concern for me!, although Sean checked my vehicle and found nothing wrong to be concern about!, Hopefully I don’t have to experience that again.
