Sean - was great in helping me out since I was not scheduled and the car just took a turn for the worst on a Saturday morning. He calmly signed me up and got me a rental car so I could continue with my plans. I really appreciated that when I picked up the car today, it was washed and vacuumed. That means a lot when you are paying over $1000 dollars in repairs.

I wish there was time for a wash but Craig said it was really busy & I could come back another time. Although, I live in Spring Valley so the location isn't the most convenient for me. Overall it was a good experience.

We are hopeful that Jack has finally resolved this on-going and unusual problem. Jack has been helpful and communicative with. We only wish he was involved from the start as this may have been resolved sooner.
3 1/2 hours for an oil change and 2 tires is unacceptable. Not on the mechanic...on the server.
I was not informed when my car was ready for pick up. I scheduled a service for both an oil change and 50000 mile maintenance and was only allowed to get the oil change. They said I have to bring my car back in as they are too busy. Sean told me that I should be getting a Lyft for just an oil change. I’m not sure why that was even brought up.
