Mike Kennedy is amazing! He treats me like a friend and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of and I’m happy with the service provided. I have NEVER had such a great experience with service at a dealership (currently have my Jeep being repaired at a dealership and have owned 5 pontiacs(serviced in mission valley and national city), I’m really happy this is where I get to take my car if I have any issues. Not only in person, the phone communication is also exceptional, he really deserves acknowledgement for the service he provides to city customers. Really pleased, will recommend the dealership and service. Very happy!! P.s- doing this via mobile and it’s not cooperating, Hope this comes through! I want to yell THANK YOU to Mike :)

No sirvio el carro OTRA VEZ!! Perdi OTRO! dia de trabajo.. los mecanicos no saben hacer su trabajo o no lo quisieron arreglar. Estoy MUY enojada. Mi esposo tubo que comprarle otro censor . Mañana sabre si ba servir el carro o tengo que regresarlo. Hoy es 18 de septiembre ayer 17 me entregaron el carro. Y no sirbio.
