I waited in the lounge over 2.5 hrs. and had to go outside to find out why it was taking so long. I requested lube & oil and check brakes & A/C. An update from time to time would have been nice. Also, "the car was being washed" for a very long time, and when I questioned that, he told me they do it by hand.
