Mr. Kennedy was able to find the smog tech around lunch so I was not inconvenienced of having to wait until the tech came back from lunch. I was expecting to wait through lunch so it was a nice surprise that I received my truck back in a short amount of time.

Mike was very helpful and a pleasure to work with as usual. However, unfortunately the remote programming which was the main concern is still not working.
