Jillian came over and greeted us immediately upon arrival. Friendly, professional and efficient. Conversation was focused on our Volt, but included just the right amount of sincere dialogue that builds a real relationship between customer and suppler. City performed a complete diagnosis of our battery range. Jillian called and provided a succinct summary with an explanation of no fault found. I just got my car home and the same problem still exist. I plugged in my 220 volts no charge then I pulled out the chagrin’s mechanism in the back trunk that does not charge the vehicle either. This is past flustrating. Can anybody fix this car?
