It Was not the service advisor but the cost of the service. Not long ago for 49.95 i received an oil change and tire rotation.
Today I get charged $45 for lube oil and filter, plus another $18.63 for oil filter and seal, 39.95 for tire rotation and then 17.50 for oil. I would have thought that with the Lube Oil and Filter service that the Oil and filter would have been included.
The service used to be competitive and useful. Now I may consider going back and performing my own service for that cost.
The SA was kind enough credit back the oil and filter but the service has greatly changed from my last oil change on this car.
Not happy.
Jillian was cordial and efficient. She kept me informed on my recall service. My experience at City Chevrolet was excellent.
