Yo be clear: everyone was kind. Just the service was not great. The information I selected online for my appointment did not come through, so when I arrived, the scope of work was not complete and I was told I’d need to reschedule for the rear camera recall. Additionally, I had issues connecting to CarPlay without USB, and after service the issue got worse. I now can not connect my phone to my car at all and feedback was we hope once you come back for the recall that this will be rectified. While I was in my 3rd hour waiting at the dealership, a sales rep called me to see if I’d like to upgrade to a new car. Super bad timing & when I expressed my frustration he did ask how he could help, just got off the phone asap.

we booked this appointment weeks in advance and upon arrival they said they said they were going to take longer because they had to go get a Toyota oil filter. It seems like you should know what items you would need in advance since the appointment was confirmed 3 days in advance.
