I did not appreciate your service department accusing me of having an influence why our vehicle windshield washer fluid filter was clogged. We noticed there was no fluid coming out when trying to clean the windshield, the only thing we put in the reservoir was a gallon of water.

I just wanted to mention how disappointed I was with Ryan’s service. When I had dropped off the car, I specifically mentioned getting an estimate on Michelin and Goodyear tires. When he called yesterday, he had completely forgotten this aspect, and instead said that he would attach a paper estimate to the service order. When I came in this morning, there was no paper estimate attached with the service order. I had to waste 20 mins asking around for the damn estimate on 4 simple tires. Mr. Stanulov was nice enough to give me a brief print out, but said that Ryan would follow up with an email. As expected, I received nothing. I don't know what's going on. He may be overwhelmed with other jobs, but I'm disappointed in the lack of attention and detail with my case.
