Identified the need for new tires. But, didn’t talk to me about it until Saturday. Had the car all day Friday. Didn’t have time to make connection and make the decision to put new tires in. Got ‘busy with other customers’. I had made an appointment several weeks in advance and you should have been prepared to give me service. Ow i have to come back out, which isn’t very convenient for me.
Didn’t clean and vacuum my car. We even talked about it when i dropped it off.
Disappointed.
Maybe i should just have service done at the dealership closer to me?
Probably buying a second Audi in next 12 months. Thinkin i should buy that from closer dealership too since it doesn’t seem to yield benefit to work with McGrath.
No great remedy. Just requires more effort on my part now.
