I have paid $160 only to get informed by your mechanic things I already knew and that I found out myself for total of 5 minutes with only using my chip obd2 scanner and my own eyes. So if your professional mechanic needs one hour to discover that how long it would take him to find the actual cause of the problem!? (I mean that's why I bring audi car to audi dealership, hoping they will find solutions quicker, especially since they charge twice the regular mechanics.) .. Total disappointment... I hoped at least you would tell me if the fuses, relays, switches, sensors related to the turbo are OK..none of this...that's why ppl are afraid to buy audi, because that's the politic of audi dealerships.. Get the money from that guy:he knows if he drives audi he gotta pay for nothing

Job #1 & 3 on my ticket concerning my ABS light and parking light being on was not done correctly. After over an hour driving, both lights came back on and stayed on! Price for that $290. Also when I talked to Ksmil about it around 6PM, he said well “just” bring it back tomorrow! I think this is very disrespectful of a customer’s time not to mention person. So this is two days lost that I could have worked or done other needed things since I have to bring it back Thursday! It’s an hour both ways. Very disappointed!
