Work was done ok. But lack of communication was an issue. Truck was brought in for an oil change and a rattle in the sunroof. I was waiting. 3.5 hours later I found Jon he then told me they were doing recalls. He definitely should have talked to me about this. I could have told him that the recalls had already been done. I wasn't happy waiting all that time for work to be done that had already been done. My first visit to Darlings was great. My second just confirmed to me that you are just like any other dealer. Lack of communication ruins the deal

Your technician found AirPods under a seat being removed. He returned them to me. Of course, this is what we would hope would happen, but our expectations would not always be met. It would have been very easy to simply pocket them.

First, I felt the approach was very non concerning about my car service. Very stiff faced with no concern of my presence ( the service man took a call, and handled a call situation with me standing, and waiting for him to finish a call in to him. This was inappropriate . He should have stated - an excuse me - I need to take this call. I was standing there- waiting, and I was there before he took the call.
I just felt my car service was an included service , therefore let her wait, and not provide the utmost courtesy.
Next, when I picked up my car- same situation- James said to me your car is in the car wash, and left me standing forever. I went on and took a seat in the lounge, after informing Gary, and a manager I will take a seat, and should not have been left standing at a counter.
Later, I saw James . I overheard him speak vey kindly to a customer, and let them know he’s there for them. He did not extend a thank you or anything to me, but instead gave me my keys, and gesture my car location . Not good!
