I paid $162.75 for a replacement of my rear wiper but I just figured out that there are missing part… I still can’t wash the rear windshield. A waste of money .

My appointment was originally scheduled for the 26th for a pick up. After finishing my shift the next morning I realized my truck was never picked up. I called the service representative, he was apologetic explaining the system “glitched” and deleted my appointment. He was able to get me in that afternoon but this required me to cancel plans I had that afternoon. After my service was completed in a timely manner I ended up getting over charged and only found out after getting home and looking over the bill. I called and the error was confirmed which required me to return for a 49 dollar refund. This process required me to wait. The service rep again was apologetic and nice. Honestly I assumed that with two errors I would have received either a discount or a completely service in the future. I understand that mistakes happen but best practice to keep customers coming back to give your business a second chance is completely service, discount or some other form of compensation. I appreciate the work done as I’m a person that is meticulous about my truck it was just more hassle than I anticipated. Jared W
