I have an inspection with normal maintenance and shows no issues other than tire dry rot. I bring in my vehicle a week later for 2 recalls and now need new front brakes (pads and rotors) and tires are good. Not sure what to believe. Also, paid for the first inspection and not satisfied.

I dropped in on Saturday-no appointment. He took time to explain they were short-staffed; but still got me serviced with utmost courtesy! I was going out of town and he realized how upset I was and I was taken care of (tire replacement) in a little more than an hour. International Group Audi’s service area does not disappoint!!! ???? They even washed the car despite it being a Saturday and short-staffed. Humberto-you’re the greatest in my book!!!
