I feel bad saying this but Jacky is lacking customer service skills. He talks and talks to explain a problem or how they fixed a problem until he’s gone in so many circles your lost. I’ve always taken my VWs to darlings, however when picking up my vehicle the gentleman today was super! Very personable. I could understand exactly what he was saying. He seemed genuine. I wish I had gotten his name He said he was covering Jacky for a few hours.

When picking up my car the gentleman that checked me out noticed the vehicle hadn't been washed as indicated on the paperwork, so he asked if I could wait 10 minutes & he would get it washed - which he did.
