Car needed a part and the dealership was not able to provide it in a timely manner, in fact I was told what I would think was a relatively simple part was back ordered and they would not even give a guess at when or if they could find a connector for the oxygen sensor on the catalytic converter.

I scheduled an appointment three weeks ago I had a bad tire that needed replacing this was a safety issue I was surprised they made me wait three weeks for Tire when I got there today 8 o’clock in the morning 25 miles of traveling to find out they didn’t have the tire in stock that was after I called the day before to confirm the appointment they should’ve checked to make sure they didn’t have the tire before having me drive 25 miles other than that I have no issues with Audi thank you
