I bought a car with 3,700 miles on it… fast forward, and I bought a car that had previously had body work! Now, my car has lost value, and Audi will not make this right! Last Audi I’ll ever own. I’ll be sticking with Mercedes, where service is valued as much as sales!

Joe Turner’s can-do attitude toward great customer service is the primary reason we use Darling Ford. He always provides outstanding service with an upbeat, positive attitude. I’ve had several hundred different people work for me in the Navy, in the US Forest Service, and as a private consultant over the last 5 decades. Joe is right in there with the cream of the crop. If it were me, I would promote him at the earliest opportunity.

The laptimer doesnt work in my vehicle after the pick up it was like it was deleted from the original software i had working just fine before it was dropped off along with the air conditioning accurately the drivers side cabin is blowing warmer air than the passenger side cabin i believe when the put in the new wire harness it affected many other things in my vehicle Dariusz the technician told me that they couldn't add the lap timer that was already programmed to my vehicle from stock that states the boost gauge and temperature of the oil of the vehicle every stock S6 S7 came with that lap timer its like they dont want me to see the temperature of the oil or to see if it is holding boost They also did the recall without my approval or notifying me of any of the steps and i honestly do not understand why they couldnt do a software update and why they had to remove the lap timer and put in display Darkened besides that application something is still not right that is why i am sending the vehicle back they also told me that one of the bolts were warped when i just had my entire braking system and suspension serviced i have the documentation to prove it and the technician just ignored me i never had a stripped bolt the last time my wheels were removed they put the anti seizing agent and now im driving my vehicle with a lug nut on my drivers side rear wheel which does not seem safe to me i honestly think that all of the flaws i have were done purposely

Wasn’t told job would take all day, until I dropped vehicle off. Was away from dealership approximately 20-30 minutes. Get a call saying they can’t fix vehicle, because they ordered the part. Which means I’m going to have to bring vehicle back for 3rd time. Hopefully 3rd time is a charm only time will tell.
