From the day of the drop of to the day of the pick up was bad service, no car was offered for loaner nor was I ever given an update by anyone unless I made the effort to call and find out. I understand service takes time and parts can be on back order but you can update someone by text call via email Facebook Snapchat what ever the platform can be used to do so which I believe they are on there phone anyways so why not update the people that are waiting. Car was also out for 2 months just picked it up and it’s making rattling noises

If I had known that I would not be trusted with a vehicle while Mine was being worked on- warranty work- I would not have bought my Explorer from Darlings. Very disappointing, the shuttle driver was a great man, we enjoyed him but waiting at Walmart outside on the curb for 30 minutes was a crazy.

It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I will be contacting upper management at Darlings and Ford. I spoke the service manager Scott Kenner’s who also contributed to the poor service. I will never bring my truck back to your service garage even though I bought it from you.

I came in with a leaking sunroof and the bare minimum was done to try and fix the problem, which it did not. I had to come back 2 months later because as soon as we had another rainstorm, it was still leaking and I couldn’t get another appointment for over a month. I also had to pay for the labor for the first visit, even though my issue ended up being a warranty issue. I now have to wait another month to get the issue completely resolved.
