Why does Darlings put a oil change sticker on my windshield that says the oil change is due in 5000 miles, when I my truck and ford app provides me with an oil life status update. If I followed the sticker's recommendations, I would have to change my oil sooner than what the truck or app is telling me? Why do you add the sticker to the windshield?

My new F-150 with less than 400 miles was towed to Darling’s on 12/26. The only communication from Darlings was initiated by me. Finally, on 1/2/2023 I contacted my salesman at Darlings, asking for his help getting my truck looked at. That got things moving, and the next day (1/3/2023) received a call from Eric in the Service Dept to let me know they’d replaced the faulty battery in my truck and I could come pick it up. Basically. I was dissatisfied with the length of time it took for my truck to be looked at after it was towed to Darlings (8 days) and their lack of communication.
