My experience at Lakeland was perfect when compared to price/treatment at Millenia/Conroy Audi who charged over $300.00 to complete an assessment that is now the multi check, they didn't top off the oil and did not even wash my vehicle that is standard service at Honda and VW. Also, Tony kept me posted and was more than amenable/pleasant.

My credit card had an unauthorized charge for gas (for the loaner I had). The loaner was driven from the dealership to my home and then back to the dealership. My car was brought to the dealership with a FULL tank of gas, but returned to me with a quarter gas missing. I spoke to service representative we had, he assured me that the charge would be reversed. This was around 12/28. The charge has yet to be reversed as of 01/14.
